By participating in CyberYami's Certification Exams, Online Certification Program, and Continuing Education Program, candidates ("Candidates") agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure a fair, ethical, and secure examination environment. Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification, the annulment of exam results, and other appropriate actions as determined by CyberYami.
1. Professionalism and Integrity
1.1. Honesty and Integrity:
Candidates must undertake all certification, online certification, and continuing education activities with honesty and integrity. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited.
1.2. Fair Representation:
Candidates shall accurately represent their qualifications, skills, and experience, avoiding any misrepresentation of their knowledge or abilities.
2. Examination Environment
2.1. Exam Environment Integrity:
Candidates must maintain the integrity of the examination environment, whether offline or online, ensuring that it is free from unauthorized materials, individuals, or any form of assistance.
2.2. Prohibited Materials:
Candidates shall not bring any unauthorized materials, electronic devices, or communication devices into the examination area unless explicitly allowed by CyberYami.
3. Respect for Intellectual Property
3.1. Intellectual Property Rights:
Candidates must respect the intellectual property rights of CyberYami and other content creators. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or disclosure of exam content is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Confidentiality:
Candidates shall maintain the confidentiality of exam content, refraining from discussing, sharing, or disclosing any details related to the examination questions or tasks.
4. Conduct During Examinations
4.1. Personal Behavior:
Candidates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the examination, refraining from any disruptive behaviour that may impact the experience of other participants.
4.2. Communication:
Candidates shall not communicate with other candidates or any external parties during the examination unless explicitly permitted by the exam instructions.
5. Offline Certification Exams
5.1. Exam Venue:
Candidates participating in offline exams must choose a secure and designated exam venue, free from distractions and unauthorized assistance.
5.2. Supervision:
Candidates may be subject to in-person supervision to ensure the integrity of the offline exam process.
6. Online Certification Program
6.1. Technical Requirements:
Candidates must ensure that their computer system meets the specified technical requirements for a smooth online certification program experience.
6.2. Environment:
Candidates shall choose a quiet and private environment for online certification program activities to minimize disruptions and ensure the confidentiality of program content.
7. Continuing Education Program
7.1. Participation and Completion:
Candidates participating in the Continuing Education Program must complete the required courses and activities with diligence and in accordance with CyberYami's guidelines.
7.2. Accurate Reporting:
Candidates must accurately report completed continuing education activities and credits, avoiding any false representation of their educational achievements.
8. Reporting Violations
8.1. Reporting Misconduct:
Candidates are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct or suspicious behavior observed during the examination or continuing education activities to CyberYami.
8.2. Non-Retaliation:
CyberYami prohibits retaliation against any candidate who, in good faith, reports a violation or provides information related to a violation.
By participating in CyberYami's Certification Exams, Online Certification Program, and Continuing Education Program, Candidates acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. CyberYami reserves the right to take appropriate actions in response to violations, including but not limited to disqualification, result annulment, and reporting to relevant authorities. This Code of Conduct may be updated by CyberYami as necessary.
