Voucher Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for CyberYami's Exam Vouchers and E-Learn Vouchers, covering both online and offline exam voucher usage and the corresponding e-learning programs.

1. Exam Voucher Terms and Conditions

1.1. Voucher Purchase:

Exam vouchers can be purchased directly from CyberYami or authorized partners.

1.2. Validity:

Exam vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

1.3. Transferability:

Exam vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual for whom they were purchased.

1.4. Refunds:

Exam voucher purchases are non-refundable. Once a voucher is issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

1.5. Expiration:

Expired exam vouchers are not eligible for use, and CyberYami is not obligated to extend their validity.

1.6. Voucher Usage:

Exam vouchers can only be used for the specific exam for which they were purchased. They are not interchangeable with other exams.

1.7. Retake Policy:

If a candidate fails an exam for which a voucher was used, they may be eligible for a retake as per CyberYami's retake policy. Additional fees may apply.

1.8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

CyberYami is not responsible for lost or stolen exam vouchers. Candidates should safeguard their voucher information.

2. E-Learn Voucher and E-Learning Programs

2.1. E-Learn Voucher Purchase:

E-Learn vouchers can be purchased directly from CyberYami or authorized partners.

2.2. E-Learning Program Access:

E-Learn vouchers provide access to specific e-learning programs as detailed during the voucher purchase.

2.3. E-Learning Program Completion:

Candidates using e-learn vouchers are expected to complete the e-learning program within the specified access period.

2.4. Extension of Access:

CyberYami may offer the option to extend access to e-learning programs, subject to additional fees and CyberYami's extension policy.

2.5. Refunds:

E-Learn voucher purchases are non-refundable. Once a voucher is issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2.6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

CyberYami is not responsible for lost or stolen e-learn vouchers. Candidates should safeguard their voucher information.

3. General Policies

3.1. Policy Updates:

CyberYami reserves the right to update this voucher policy as needed. Candidates are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the most current version.

3.2. Compliance:

Candidates are required to comply with all aspects of this voucher policy, the Candidate Agreement, and other applicable policies outlined by CyberYami.

3.3. Voucher Authentication:

CyberYami may implement additional authentication measures to ensure the legitimate use of exam and e-learn vouchers.

3.4. Fraud Prevention:

CyberYami employs measures to prevent fraud, including but not limited to voucher misuse detection and monitoring.

This voucher policy is effective from November 21, 2023, and may be subject to updates. Candidates are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
